I’m Maria Vardanyan, founder of Novareth. My own journey took me from early high school graduation to community college, and eventually to Cornell University, navigating competitive admissions, scholarships, and career pathways along the way. Along the path, I’ve gained hands-on experience across multiple fields — working in government at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in Venture Capital, and in Finance, building the perspective and network that now fuel Novareth’s approach.

Today, Novareth brings together a network of students and alumni from top universities, including Ivy League and other elite institutions, who share one thing in common: we’ve been where you are, and we know how to help you reach the next level.
